The location and convenience of the motel is great for work purposes. Rooms have all basic facilities for a quick trip. Parking is sufficient and close to room - easily accessible
Cleaning needs a bit improvement - carpet and chairs had obvious dirt/bark on it - possibly someone putting on their schools. Bathroom still had dirt around shower/bath area and under sink/vanity Fridge/freezer still had previous tenants food in it
